Ride With Us To The Sixth Annual BAMart Auction + Cocktail Reception

On Saturday, March 27th, Jen Bekman Gallery invites you to ride with us to the Sixth Annual BAMart Silent Auction and Cocktail Reception aboard the Jen Bekman Projects' coach. Leaving from Jen Bekman Gallery, the coach will transport event-goers to the cocktail reception at the Dorothy W. Levitt Lobby to join participating artists and special guest Andrew Andrew in celebrating the ten-day auction. This year's auction includes works by over 160 visual artists and designers, including JBG artists Ian Baguskas, Sarah McKenzie and Colleen Plumb.

We'll be providing transportation for the afternoon, making two departures from the gallery at 6 Spring Street in Manhattan and two returns from BAM in Brooklyn.

Riders can take the coach in one direction, or both, but seats are limited and must be reserved in advance. Email your seat reservation to info@jenbekman.com. Please indicate if you will be taking the coach in one direction or both. Any additional seating will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Jen Bekman Gallery artists Ian Baguskas, Colleen Plumb and Sarah McKenzie have generously donated pieces to the Sixth Annual BAMart Silent Auction at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

BAM brings a lot of vitality to the arts in New York, and they're an organization that we've supported through collaborating with them on a 20x200 benefit edition. Proceeds from the sale of Greg Lindquist's edition Embers of the Maritime are donated to BAM.

We're also thrilled because the three artists involved truly represent the breadth of Jen Bekman Projects. All three have had exhibitions at the gallery, all three have released limited-edition prints through 20x200, and the two photographers came to our attention by entering Hey, Hot Shot! As they develop new bodies of work and their accomplishments accrue, we're reminded about how happy we are to work with such talented and generous artists.

JBG Artists Kent Rogowski and Carrie Merril at 5th Annual BAMart Silent Auction

JBG is very excited to announce that gallery artists Kent Rogowski and Carrie Marill are part of the 5th Annual BAMart Silent Auction.  Even more exciting, Ms. Marrill's piece 'Optical' is one of the auction's featured items! This year's auction features "over 150 local, emerging, and established artists and designers in many mediums, at great prices, and with all proceeds to benefit Brooklyn Academy of Music." Bidding begins Wednesday, April 29 at 5PM. You can visit the auction's website to track your bids but also view the live exhibition and bid in person, 7 days a week beginning April 29 at BAM. Check BAM.org for hours. Bidding ends Monday, May 11 at 8PM.
